Terms of Service — OracleRecon

1. Service Description

OracleRecon provides an AI-assisted cybersecurity risk assessment tool for small businesses, currently free to use. The platform analyzes self-reported questionnaire responses and produces a risk grade, identified risks, and a prioritized action plan intended to help users improve their security posture.

2. No Guarantee of Security Coverage

OracleRecon is an informational and advisory tool. We do not guarantee complete identification of security risks, prevention of incidents, regulatory compliance, or any specific outcome. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for implementing, validating, and maintaining any recommendations produced by the platform. You acknowledge that effective security requires ongoing effort beyond a single assessment and that OracleRecon does not perform implementation on your behalf.

4. Restrictions on Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to derive the underlying logic of the platform. You may not resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise redistribute the platform, the assessment questionnaire, or any generated report, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from OracleRecon.

5. Intellectual Property

OracleRecon retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including but not limited to the assessment framework, scoring methodology, report structure, prompts, branding, and software. Reports generated for your business are licensed to you for your internal use only.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
